THE DR. SAMUEL D. HARRIS NATIONAL MUSIUM OF DENTISTRY
Discover the exciting world of teeth at the only museum of its kind, The National Museum of Dentistry. It is located on the campus of the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) at 31 South Greene Street. The museum building, erected in 1904, was the home of the dental school for 25 years. Fully renovated and opened as a museum in 1996, the building now houses collections of artifacts and entertaining educational exhibits representing a riveting historical mix of gear, gadgets and lore associated with dentistry and teeth. THE FIRE MUSEUM OF MARYLAND
The Fire Museum of Maryland has been open since 1971, teaching children and adults about fire safety and fire prevention. The Ripken Museum is located in City Hall of Aberdeen, Maryland. (The hometown of the Ripkens). The museum is filled with memorabilia from the careers of Cal, Sr., Cal, Jr., and Bill Ripken.
